Immaculate apartment. Clean and beautifully decorated. Tasteful and close to lots of wonderful shops and restaurants. Simon is a great communicator and gave a lot of wonderful recs.

We had a great stay. No problem at all. Clean and welcoming. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked. Location is good, walking distance to supermarket Maxi.

We had a great stay at Julie’s! She is super friendly and provided us with everything we needed! She was also flexible and let us check in a bit earlier due to a timing conflict.

A studio that fits a lot in a great location. The studio is tastefully remodeled. Property manager needs to manage it with a closer look since the cleaning is leaving unfinished laundry in the dryer. All supplies cluttered in thr house. As an Airbnb host myself, I understand how much work it gets into the management. I must give a 5 star review for it’s particularly harder for a small place. Good luck! But I won’t come again.

Benjamin was very responsive and helpful. The accommodation and facilities were a high standard. I would recommend as a place to stay. Transport is very easy.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights!

Nag was an incredibly proactive and responsive host. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The space was well kept and had everything you would need for a short/long term stay. I was very impressed by how beautiful the location was for the cost. There is lush greenery all around the area, transit/city bikes were near by and parking was provided - a huge bonus in Montreal.

Brand new apartment building next to Metro station. 10 minutes to downtown without downtown prices. Walkable distance to mall with supermarket. Landscaping work still in progress so some minor noises inevitable. For those who intend to make meals - full function kitchenette with top notch appliances.

This place is a great place to stay! You’ll feel right at home as soon as you arrive. There are plenty of parking spaces, and it’s conveniently located near the center.

Clean place to stay and everything working. Deli close by for good poutine and Montreal style sandwiches. Mall close by with IGA, Shoppers Drug mart, Tim Hortons and Metro Transit stop

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Amanda was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. The space was very comfortable (especially that sofa!) and the neighborhood was great, with tons to do. It was nice to have dedicated parking and the AC was very helpful since it was pretty hot! Overall a great place to stay and would definitely stay again!

Ali was a wonderful host & our stay was great. The place was perfect and accommodated all our needs. The location is near lots of outdoor areas and trains so it was very convenient.

Easy checkin and out. Lots of free underground parking and free L2 EV charging was a fantastic bonus Easy access to two Metro Lines and an easy walk to Old Montreal, the waterfront and a number of other attractions. Fantastic host. Rapid response and proactive with respect to ensuring our stay was problem free. GREAT!

Great apartment. Convenient and walkable to Mont Royal and the old town. Communication was a breeze and we really appreciated the detailed directions and instructions to access the parking. Well worth it!

The host was really communicative and friendly, offering an early check-in and providing the (easy) check-out instructions in a message, so we didn't have to dig for them in our account. The place was clean and looked just like the photos in a neighborhood with plenty of places within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

Her communication was excellent—she responded quickly to any questions we had and provided helpful recommendations that made our trip even better. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We truly appreciated the extra touches that made our stay special. We had a great stay at Rim's place. It featured amazing views and beautiful, clean, modern features. The amenities (exercise room, pool, hot tub) were wonderful. Centrally located, the apartment is within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and sites. Rim was very responsive and helpful. Communication was proactive and almost immediate. We had a minor issue with a drain that got stuck, and Rim arranged to have it fixed right away. When we come back to Montreal, we will definitely choose to stay with Rim again in this excellent place. Highly recommend!
