Friendly host, peaceful place close to Saint-Dizier and 30 minutes from Lake Der, clear instructions and photos consistent... in a word, perfect

We spent a night here on a bike ride. We enjoyed the garden, the coffee provided and the fabulous breakfast from Sebastian. We felt completely comfortable at the place and can only confirm all the good that has already been said! Tip: The "Rue de Derièrre Saint Martin" is extremely steep. It is better to drive the parallel street ("Grand Rue")

Julien is a very friendly and responsive host, he is very attentive and responds very quickly. As for the cottage, it is easy to access, in a peaceful and very well-located area. The interior is cozy, clean and very functional. The house is very well-equipped. I highly recommend it because Julien is very professional and his place is very beautiful.

Beautiful house from yesteryear, very charming. Beautiful open spaces, terrace, BBQ outside. We loved it! A small downside, despite Steven's foresight and heating on before we arrived, it was very cold inside. We were with a 3.5 year old child and a 10-month-old baby - it was much too cold for them, despite the heating on permanently. Steven responds very quickly and even arrived on site in 5 minutes when we needed him. We'd love to go back!

What a house, its so quirky with lots of entertainment and space!!We had a blast, the donkeys and mini horses were so cute! We messaged the hosts when we arrive because the donkeys weren't there and they came outright away and helped us lure them in with some bread! super helpful and accommodating! Would definitely recommend

Exactly what we were looking for. Absolute tranquility and lots of nature. Very well-kept property and tiny house. Super nice communication with Philippe and Saïda. Our dog and small child were also warmly welcomed and treated :)

Alex and Remy were very helpful and fast in their replys. We needed something and they brought it within an hour. The apartment is located in a buses-only street close to the Central station. The bedrooms face the back of the building, so it was very quiet. It's easy to get everywhere with the buses (just outside the door) and the tram (2 mins) - public transportation is for free! An unexpected bonus was that the Luxembourg marathon ran directly under the living room windows! It was possible to park outside the building to unload (but very busy when the shops are open). As advised by Alex and Remy we took the car to a park&ride parking (P+R Bouillon), which was easy to find (and for free for the first 24 hrs). All in all an excellent stay, we really enjoyed the apartment!

Very well located apartment in the center of Verdun. It is a 10-minute drive from the main World War I sites. Estelle is available and responsive.

The accommodation was very nice, private, quiet with a beautiful environment. 10 min from Lac du Der. The host is friendly and accommodating. Recommended.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. Not for luxury seekers, but here you can enjoy, forget the world and get your feet on the ground again. Try too and enjoy 'la vie simple' with Pierre. A keeper in our wanderings!

We are returning from our enchanting stay and our hearts are still a little there. The cottage is functional, well-equipped, absolutely quiet and the tips for hiking were great (thank you again!). The bedding is super comfortable, we slept like babies… A huge thank you to Virginie, her partner, their children (not forgetting Uno and Roma) for their kind welcome... With us and our golden retriever (yet very energetic). Small mention for the neighbor's golden, Salto, who was a very good playmate for our dog, she also slept very well 🙂 We'll be back for sure. Plenty of space in the house and a separate bathroom for each room so that's very luxurious. The house is a bit boxy due to all doors and corridors, even though there is more than enough space, in addition to the interior is a bit old-fashioned. Also a great barn and fantastic fenced garden that has clearly taken a lot of care. In the garden also a giant traditional wood-fired bread/ pizza oven that you don't just heat up because it will take a lot of time and wood (burn at least 2 hours) but beautifully built The village was taken to graze heavily in the First World War and fully recovered in four years. The owner tells you a lot about it and is very enthusiastic about the history of the region that in the first world war was the center of well-known battle sounds such as the battle of dilution and finally also the peace of dilution. Nearby you will find a memorial monument in each village, many war museums and also impressive war cemeteries.

Very nice accommodation, with charm. Thibaut is very responsive and attentive to his guests.
