Waterfront vacation rentals in Vera-Playa

We spent 4 days in Mojácar and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Sophie is a 10-star host! She was attentive at all times, super friendly and made sure that everything was fine every day. She made us feel very welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. The apartment is wonderful: everything is very clean, well-kept and with all the details. The terrace is spectacular for relaxing, the pool is great, and the rooms are comfortable and perfect. In addition, the location is unbeatable: next to the beach, the nightclubs and the Día supermarket. Everything is close by! We would definitely repeat. Thank you for everything, Sophie!

Great family stay at Laura's! Thank you very much. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, there was an air of Rio Bay with mist this February. The house is very inspiring. Communication with Laura is very fluid and Rosa welcomed us on site in a very warm way. She is really ultra caring and accommodating. Thanks again, we hope to return to the sunny days! It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

Nice small apartment right on the Vera beach. It has all you need for your stay and Christian is very kind and helpful.

Fantastic location & perfect accommodation for a lovely getaway.

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Lovely house fitted with everything you could need. Lovely complex that felt private and secure. Very close to the beach. Short drive to Mojocar with lots of bars and restaurants. Had concerns about the location of the beach club and noise but it was actually quite nice having ambient music playing during the day. A little noisier at the weekend but fine. Internet connection really good. Looking forward to returning to Vera and would stay at the house again

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

Hosts always attentive and attentive to any need that may arise. The house is very clean and the sheets and towels smelled great. They have a lot of details that make you feel at home. Welcome with cold drink and snacks. Coffee and cookies for breakfast. Very thoughtful and pleasant. That's great. We'll be back. Thank you for these nice days.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. That terrace is a slice of paradise 🤩 Olga was fantastic and communicated so fast and helpful. I absolutely recommend a stay here. The area is stunning too. It has a lot to offer and lovely places for a beer and tapa nearby. The beach is about 8 mins walking. Thank you so much

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

A wonderful apartment in a safe gated complex. Miguel’s videos were very helpful in finding the parking spot, which is a short walk to the lift then the front door. There are no steps from unloading the car to being inside the apartment. As others say, the terrace view is breathtaking and a very beautiful place to be in the mornings watching the sunrise and having breakfast outside. Inside - exceptionally clean and tidy on arrival. The dual rain/handheld shower in the ensuite gives a luxury shower experience. There is no air-con in the second bedroom, although there is a fan provided. The only minor issues we had - the tennis court was locked one day we wanted to use it and the concierge was not there at the time we went to book; the lift had an issue (the doors didn’t close properly) but after speaking with the concierge it was fixed later the same day. Miguel was there to answer any questions when we needed, and it was a pleasure to look after his apartment and we hope to return soon

Carmen is a lovely host, she was always attentive to us. On the day of check-in we were quite late, however he was there for us until 2 am to open the garage door. A very pleasant experience! Excellent!

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

Quiet apartment, perfect area for relaxation and with the beach relatively close. Pilar is a sweetheart and made everything very easy for us.

We stayed during very hot and windy days. We enjoyed the super modern fans without even turning on the air conditioning, which is still efficient and proportionate to the size of the apartment. We enjoyed having 2 bathrooms and the smart TV. Comfortable beds. We ate on the balcony at sunset. Very nice. And finally we enjoyed the pool when the sea was rough. Finally, we went to Monsul in just over an hour. Very special place, it was worth it. We were really happy!
