In the separate bedroom there is a box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. So this apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and toilet. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.
