Located in La-Roche-sur-Yon Sud in a quiet cul-de-sac, 600 m from URMA and the St Charles Clinic. Close to highway exit, 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, 40 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer, city center 2 km away.

My place is 300m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. Located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level), it is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port, shops, bars... You will love my place because of its location, comfort and calm with also the sound of the sea!

(Île d'Yeu, Île de Noirmoutier) castles (Commequiers, etc.) Nearby: train station (3 km), aquatic center, casino, bowling, festivals...

In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

In your accommodation, everything is designed so that you can make yourself at home (good bedding, equipped kitchen, large bathroom) shops 800 m away. The accommodation is equipped with a bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm and a children's bedroom (attention height 1.70 m) with 2 beds 90 cm. Sheets are not provided. Ocean Suite, private air-conditioned room and hot tub

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.

A stone's throw from the Quai de La Chaume, independent accommodation, adjoining my house. It is composed of a main room with kitchenette, dining area and sitting area, a bathroom with toilet. The mezzanine bedroom has a 140 cm bed. Please note that the staircase is narrow and steep, and the ceiling height of the room varies from 1 m to 1.90 m. You have a small garden furniture at your disposal.

In the heart of the Vendée countryside, in a green setting conducive to rest and relaxation, rental of a 45 m² studio completely renovated in 2019 and ideally located (5 minutes from the A83-A87 interchange) for a stay combining a visit to the Puy du Fou Park (about 25 minutes) and the discovery of the Vendée coast (less than an hour).
