At the end of a cul-de-sac, located at the Sielpark, there is a lot of greenery but no through traffic. The city center can be reached on foot through the park in a few minutes (1 km). The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room there is a pull-out couch (1.20 m lying width). The A2 can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.

In the closed bedroom there is a double bed and on request a single bed can be set up. The apartment is fully equipped, towels and linens are included. On request, riders can also bring their horse. I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
