Es un apartamento ideal cerca de la playa, sales del apartamento y a dos minutos estas en la playa. Desde su ventana se ve perfectamente la playa torrecilla, además, tienes la playa del chucho y el playazo cerca. Un apartamento muy bonito con buen ambiente a su alrededor, tiendas de todo necesarias y aparcamiento muy cerca del apartamento siempre. El centro se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie, y durante el camino puedes apreciar un ambiente encantador de bares, restaurante, paseo marítimo y chiringuitos. Es una localización maravillosa con todo cerca y preciosas vistas. Al igual que la anfitriona Mª Victoria, siempre atenta a lo necesario y atiendo las necesidades de sus huéspedes sin problema alguno, el apartamento lo dejaron dotado de todo lo necesario completamente un 10, volveremos a repetir. Gracias por esta increíble estancia.

Excellent apartment with everything you need. Very central location with lots of historic sites, restaurants, bars nearby. The terrace was great for relaxing on in the afternoons before dinner. I would stay here again.

This was a quiet little gem in the center of Malaga. You can easily walk to the beach, historical sites, the center, the place is quiet and private. The house was clean and was well equipped with most amenities you could need during your stay. Would stay here again when I’m back to Malaga. Yolanda was easy to contact and gave us great recommendations of where to eat.

Wat een prachtig nieuw appartement in een rustige veilige volkswijk en toch zeer smaakvol en met liefde ingericht , van alle gemakken en luxe voorzien en met een top dakterras waar je even een prive siesta kan houden, dineren of heerlijk kan zonnen, als je de drukke stad bijvoorbeeld even wil ontvluchten. De prachtige oude stad ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het appartement. Er zijn twee vouwfietsjes aanwezig met sloten etc. Super handig als je naar een iets rustiger strand wil dan Malagueta, of naar andere historische plekken in de stad. Of gewoon lekker een rondje wil touren. Wij kwamen hier helemaal tot rust. En bevelen deze zonnige woning ten zeerste aan. Top locatie Top bed Top keuken Top terras Top tv 4k Top airco Top bluetooth Stereo Bose Top wifi Top douche etc. Stephane & Olivier zijn perfecte hosts en reageerde snel met vragen en gaven goede tips. Bedankt voor een mooi verblijf in Malaga.

Patricia is a great host! She's very responsive and helpful. We're very limited proficiency in Spanish and Patricia was able to easily communicate with us in English. Her apartment is conveniently located in the historical district and we were easily able to get there from the Malaga Airport to her place via Uber. We wandered around Malaga for a few days, taking in the nearby Picasso Museum, the upscale shopping areas, a local guided Tapas food tour, and the beautiful marina area. As elderly travelers, it was most helpful to have a lift/elevator to take us up to her apartment from the ground floor and back, with our luggage. The only slight hitch to our stay was some of the nearby construction renovation for a building on her street -- this wasn't really a problem since we were seldom in the apartment when the loud noise from the renovation work occurred!

Great location just a few minutes walk to the beach. The swimming pool was really well maintained and never very busy. The flat was bright and airy and spotlessly clean. Susana met us when we arrived even though we had a late night flight and went through everything in the flat, including recommendations for the local area. She was also quick to respond to any queries and arranged a taxi for us from the airport. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a lovely sea view!

Sergio is a perfect host. He took time to meet us when we checked in. He was accommodative to our travel times, took time to give us local recommendations, set up a communication channel for us, and was always responsive and proactive. The accommodations were great, the apartment had beautiful water views and it was well stocked and comfortable. Moreover, the location was centrally located and was in easy reach of outstanding restaurants and sites of interest. We had a fantastic 3 and 1/2 week stay there and we highly recommend Sergio's apartment. Thank you Sergio.

Leiligheten hadde en fantastisk beliggenhet ved stranden. Den var pent møblert og godt utstyrt. Fra leiligheten var det gangavstand (25 min) til sentrum. I nærheten finnes flere restauranter og dagligvareforretninger. Det var aldri overfylt på stranden og alltid en ledig solseng. Anbefales!

Dans son logement Amaia n’a rien laissé au hasard ! En effet, les serviettes de bain et des serviettes de plage étaient disponibles. Un sèche-cheveux, draps propres, des espaces de rangement, des plateformes comme Netflix, Prime Vidéo étaient disponibles. La décoration est coquette, on s’est senti très à l’aise et comme à la maison ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les recommandations à proximité de notre hôte et également notre arrivée flexible. Petit bémol sur l’eau chaude qui ne dure pas très longtemps et qui passe vite à l’eau tiède. Je vous recommande ce logement sans hésiter ! Merci Amaia

The appartment is located in the old town of malaga in a beautiful historical building. the bedroom is in the tower which is truly unique. due to the curvage of the tower only a rather small (queen-size) fits in. for two, tall male adults a bit tight but totally alright. it was very clean and even though located in the city center very calm. the rooftop terrace is masterclass, there is no umbrella available which means you really have to like to sunbath. all in all a great experience and perfect for a city trip. we did not use to kitchen but it seemed well equiped.

Une ligne de bus en bas des escaliers dessert le centre et autres destinations. La plage en bas des escaliers. Très bon séjour.

Absolutely 5 star experience. Wanted to stay longer but it was booked solid, no wonder, the interiors are spacious, pristinely clean and very comfortable. The views are worth a million bucks. Loved everything , definitely will be back soon

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’emplacement, la location et l’appartement lui-même étaient impeccables et bien aménagés. Rien de particulier à signaler, à part un petit bémol : dans la chambre avec les deux petits lits, la douche provoquait une fuite d’eau. J’ai dû essuyer le sol avec des serviettes après chaque utilisation. Cela mis à part, tout s’est très bien passé.

Asunnon sijainti Calle Aqualla vastasi täysin odotuksiamme, koska paikalla näki ja aisti paikallista kaupunkielämää ja historiaa. Lähistöllä oli merkittävimmät kohteet, museot, linnoitukset sekä hyvät kulkuyhteydet muuallekin rannikolle ja sisämaahan. Kaksikerroksinen huoneisto on avara ja valoisa.

이곳에서 한 달간 머물렀습니다. 바닷가 옆 조용한 마을에 위치한 아름답고 편안한 숙소입니다. 호스트는 매우 신속하고 세심하게 준비해주셔서 처음부터 끝까지 완벽한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 숙소 근처에는 도보로 갈 수 있는 합리적인 가격의 타파스 가게와 음식점들이 있고, 대형 마트도 도보 5분 거리에 있어 장보기도 편리했습니다.주차도 늘 편했습니다. 주방에는 다양한 식기와 조리도구가 잘 갖춰져 있어 요리하는 데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 발코니에서 보이는 바다 전망은 아름답고, 매일 들려오는 파도 소리와 숙소 옆 해변 산책로 덕분에 힐링할 수 있는 시간이었습니다. 숙소는 넓고 깔끔했으며, 다양한 주방 가전과 대형 스마트 TV, 빠른 인터넷까지 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 정말 ‘내 집처럼’ 편하게 지낼 수 있었고, 다시 방문하고 싶은 가치 있는 공간입니다. 감사합니다!

We zijn vaker in deze regio geweest en dit is de eerste keer dat we in een appartement verbleven. Door de luxe uitstraling van het appartement en het complex voelde het net als een hotel.

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Tolle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht! Jens ist ein freundlicher, guter Gastgeber und hat immer umgehend kommuniziert. Die Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen!

Après avoir été très satisfait de l'appartement 432, nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement 505 de Carmen et Fernando. Tout s'y est très très bien passé. Rien à redire. La résidence est également très bien entretenue. Il y a de belles grandes piscines avec possibilité de louer des transats. Les belles plages et le paseo maritimo avec tous les restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Un arrêt de bus se situe juste au bas de la résidence BenalBeach. Bonne continuation à Carmen et Fernando, nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything you would need is near by. The air conditioner cooled perfectly. Fantastic location!
