The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

The yard (500 m2) has furniture and an open fire for barbecuing, as well as a stream. The house has 4 bedrooms and one sofa bed for one in the lounge. There's also a terrace upstairs. The house is completely renovated inside and all furniture, appliances, TV, towels, bed sheets are new. Free parking for 3 cars in the yard. Wifi.
