The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Der er en skøn sydvendt terrasse med solopvarmet udebruser og en fantastisk udsigt over marker. Lejligheden er 73 m3 med egen indgang fra gårdspladsen, hvor det er muligt at parkere. Lejligheden består af køkken-alrum og stue, badeværelse med bruger, soveværelse med dobbeltseng. I stuen er der mulighed for 2 ekstra sovepladser på sofaen.

Boligen er en del af en 3-længet gård med egen ugeneret og lukket have med tilhørende terrasse. Boligen ligger i landlige omgivelser men samtidig tæt ved indkøb og Silkeborg by. Boligen ligger helt op ad landevejen men har lydisolerede vinduer. Men støj fra trafik må forventes- særligt i hverdagene og ved høsttid. Der er 2 km til indkøb og 7 km til Silkeborg centrum.
