Hemsen is at full standing height and there is direct access to its own bathroom, kitchen and LARGE living room with sofa corner and dining table. Here you can relax completely, enjoy the tranquility and nature right outside the large windows. The sofa in the loft can be folded out to a sofa bed. Thus, 4 sleeping guests are available.

We have a lovely apartment in connection with our farm. It is 60 m2 and has a kitchen-bath, bedroom, TV wifi, living room on the 1st floor. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 1-2 smaller children. We are close to Vejlby Fed beach Our wilderness food can be used for a fee of 300 kr. or 40 euros. The bath can be used several times for the price. We would like to have a lighter cleaning upon departure. If guests do not want to clean themselves, they can choose to pay a cleaning fee of DKK 400.

There is ample opportunity to see wildlife and birdlife. There are two large bedrooms that can sleep 3 and 4 people, respectively. Baby alarm and blackout curtains in both rooms. I stueplan er der fra entreen adgang til øverste etage samt toilet inden man går ind i dagligstuen, som ligger i åben forbindelse med spisestue og køkken. Fra spisestuen kan man gå i udestuen, der indeholder spiseplads og loungeområde. Derefter adgang til stor privat have med legetårn og ældre trampolin. Boligen ligger i gå-afstand til bager, skov og supermarkeder samt til EV ladere til elbiler (75 m fra huset).

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗
