Here it is nice to paddle, swim and fish. Nice hiking opportunities along the road, in the forests and fields or mountain peaks; both Klampen (720 meters above sea level), Husfjellet (465 m.a.s.l.), and Vågafjellet (315 m.a.s.l.)

It is about 11 km to the center of Brønnøysund, it is 500 meters to the ferry that goes to Vega and Forvik/Tjøtta
