Private floor in Archena/Near the spa.

New addition of two air-conditioned rooms (living room and double room). It is a completely renovated floor, with a lot of tranquility and light. We have a double bed and two 90cm single beds. We have WiFi, Wii, TV, a full kitchen but no oven. Separate bathroom on the same floor and underfloor heating throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be common or independent to the liking of each guest. Balcony with beautiful views and backyard with barbecue.

Excellent new-build modern duplex, located next to the UCAM, with a tram stop 10 meters away (at the same door) that leaves you at the shopping centers and downtown in 10 minutes. Quiet and new residential area with green areas and gardens, with a shopping center 200 meters from shops and outlets. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
