Vacation rentals with beach access in Vega Alta

Edgar’s home for the win. Was exactly what was described and he was very communicative. All check in and check out instructions were simple and easy which I love and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again!

Place is in a safe area and a quick 10 minute drive to the best beaches around. Apartment was clean and exactly as described.

The condo was clean and updated.. close to the ocean and three pools to choose from. The location is centrally located. It truly felt like paradise . The gated community adds to your safety and security and the grounds are well kept Very picturestic. Would recommend to anny one ..

Gio was so great and attentive! Communication was clear and easy. His home was clean and comfortable, lots of towels, and the bed felt just like I was at home! Very quiet neighborhood (that’s a good thing) The outdoor shower was a plus and a must try! Right next to the pool for relaxation and some sun. COA restaurant is the place for dinner, save room for dessert! We look forward to staying at Gio’s again soon.

Absolutely perfect home. Kitchen has everything you could want. Great appliances. Home was comfortable, absolutely spotless and very modern. I would guess it had been remodeled recently. The pool is maybe 10 steps from the patio. Super easy pool access but you also feel very secluded sitting on the patio because of the nice landscaping. We utilized exercise room and pickle ball/tennis courts daily. The beach is a quick walk through the development. It’s a private access that you use a wristband for. Beach is beautiful and pretty private. You never feel on top of anyone. Water was crystal clear the last day we were there. We snorkled and saw all sorts of sea life. The development is gated and you feel very secure. WiFi was great in the condo. We found the location to be great for just relaxing or for adventuring. We made day trips to el yunque and old San Juan— saw both castle/ forts, Cathedral of San Juan, and lots more. No complaints whatsoever! Highly recommend!

The check in was as easy as the instructions say , esto es puerto rico , the view was beautiful and the apartment was amazing , the A/C works amazing !! the water is solar as stated so taking a shower at appropriate times will help the temps and i had no problem with that , there was cars with music passing but that is our culture here and i love it ! it felt like home for me and it would for any puertorican , very close to the beach , i loved it !!! and i hope i can return soon , for those who left bad reviews you are simply forgetting this is an ISLAND , and you have to adjust to this life as much as you enjoy the nice parts of it ! 10/10 stay !!

The parking detail is the only thing that needs to be improved, the rest is excellent.

Before booking, we experienced trouble with notifications going to an incorrect phone number. Our reservation ended up being cancelled. Charles and Fran worked with us to rebook and use our previous deposit. They were extremely kind. This air bnb rental was such an amazing set up for our girls trip ! Four of us were easily accommodated with space for our 7 days of luggage and a separate bed for everyone. The nearby beach won our hearts immediately ! Such a quick walk less than 2 minutes for easy access 24/7. There is also a beach bar and a restaurant that we were so lucky to enjoy on our first day and last two days. The food was amazing and best pina colada’s. We noticed one weekend night the night life at the beach was crazy ! We were exhausted from a long day but definitely something that I think other travelers would enjoy. Overall the air bnb was truly one of our highlights due to its cozy feeling and EXTREMELY convenient location. We will definitely book again !

Brett’s home was everything we could have asked for ! Super clean, safe, wonderful community with lots of activities. Beautiful beach with private access. Lighted tennis courts, large swimming pool and clubhouse. Beach towels, beach chairs, tennis rackets, golf clubs , snorkeling gear….everything was there. Brett is super responsive and really went out of his way to be sure we had a nice vacation. He even had food stocked for us upon arrival !! It’s a perfect place for a fun family vacation . Thank you Brett!!!

The beach was close about a 3 min walk and Jose provides you with all the stuff needed for the beach which was perfect. The area was about 10-15 to dorado for nice places to go to eat. It was closed to other neighboring towns too. Jose communicated well and left us a list of local eats and places to go too which was very nice and useful.

Elisa's place was great, we had a wonderful time staying there. If you need a place with comfortable space for a big family consider this place. Peaceful and safe.

We really enjoyed our time at Nestor's house. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. He even found us two wonderful babysitters so we could go out for dinner. We cooked everyday and found almost everything we needed in the kitchen. The grill worked and was wonderful. The private pool and beach were wonderful. It was convenient to get around nearby, and the grocery store was very close. Easy to get there from the airport, also a reasonable uber ride.

Our stay was amazing, the outside space was as nice as the inside. Lots of extra amenities to go to the beach, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs etc. Stocked with extras. It was a private area and neighbors were nice. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Janet recommend grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. Responded quickly with our questions and very helpful. We would rent this lovely space again! THANKS!

Really fantastic place, stay, and host. I planned this specific vacation for a large group with diverse interests and needs (older in-laws, BIL + SIL with their two kids at 4 and 7, and my family with an infant). There was something here for everybody. Pickleball court is very well done, worked as a nice space for yoga as well. The pool was a kid favorite and it was plenty easy to supervise from shaded patio. The beach itself is likely the most beautiful I have been on and we had it essentially to ourselves. House was spacious, clean, and met all of our needs. David himself was a fantastic host and always communicative, his recommendations for food and what to expect were spot on. Couldn't ask for a better spot for a chill vacation!

This location could not be better for all of my family! We had three separate groups and all got their own rooms and own bathrooms. The private beach was walking distance and the best one we visited on the island! The house was stocked with all the pertinent items you need especially when staying with children. The host was extremely responsive! Overall an excellent spot for a family vacation!

Jackeline was a great host, very accommodating and responsive to any needs or question. And the unit was spacious, clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the balcony was a big plus. The location is phenomenal. My wife and I grew up here in Manatí and Vega Baja, specifically, at the beach. We really had a great stay and we were able to have some peace and quiet, which used to not be an easy thing when we lived in the area. The community is safe, peaceful, and with amenities (pool, basketball, volleyball courts and a kiddy park for toddlers. Gas station and convenience store, local restaurants very close. Our favorite local beaches are just a short straight drive to Playa Mar Chiquita, Playa Los Tubos, and Playa Mar Bella. We will be coming back in the near future but with our grandkids for a longer stay. We highly recommend this location. Thank you Jackeline

Stayed for 8 days, May 25, 2025-June 3, 2025. Fam of 5 plus a dog. As far as the host, him and his wife were so helpful and responsive, even stopped by to say hello and brought us pastries and delicious local bread. The view was beautiful and the place was vey peaceful and calm. This is a place to have a quiet vacation. A car is a must, everything is driving distance, supermarket, Walmart, restaurants and gas station. San Jan was 25-45 min away depending on traffic or rain. As far as the condo, we had plenty of towels for 8 days for 5 adults, beach chairs, cooler, all was just as described. In all we loved the place, super responsive host and condo was accurately described. Thank you Andres and wife, we had a great time!

Definitely had a great time with my wife! Falling asleep to waking up to hearing the ocean waves was Amazing experience! Seeing the sunset and sunrise was beautiful as well. I definitely recommend this place to any couple who is looking for a private and safe area get away or vacation. Host was very responsive and a great help with her recommendations. It was a home away from home for sure! My wife and I will reserve this again for our return again! I will give this place a 10/10!

Staying at Margarita's Oceanfront Paradise at Kikita's Beach was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, local tips, and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The property itself is stunning — perfectly named, as it's quite literally steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with ocean views was a highlight of each day. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, blending beachy charm with comfort and modern touches. Margarita went above and beyond as a host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and full of recommendations that made our stay even more special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests' experience. The location is unbeatable — close to everything!!!

This was a great location everything you needed and more was there for you. They provided beach chairs umbrellas that we used almost every day. We had an issue with one of the toilets and chair in the dining room sent a message. They were there within 24hrs to fix the problem. Would totally stay here again.

Great location! Walkable to the beach, pool, and hotel amenities next door. Good instructions. Very clean and comfortable. Side note- There is no shade at the beach or pool, which is tough if you are super fair-skinned like me. A beach umbrella was provided, which was super nice, but even the slightest bit of wind caused it to invert and be unusable. So, you may want to bring a Shibumi with you in your luggage if you want shade on the beach. Also, be sure to bring your snorkel gear as you can see tropical fish in the water! The only slight drawback was no washer or dryer, but I was aware of this beforehand. I just think having that would have elevated the experience to a 10/10! Overall, would recommend a stay here! Thanks!

From the start Anton was very attentive and available for anything we may have needed. He met us at the gate and escorted us to the property, ensuring a smooth check in. During our stay, there was an issues with the first floor AC, no fault of Anton, just usual island electrical issues; and he immediately got on the issue to have it resolved. He was very friendly, communicative, and well informed. The house was comfortable, close to many activities and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet, something I very much appreciated. The beach was calm and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends and family.
