Vacation home on the Loonse and Drunense dunes

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary holiday home with private entrance and has been recently renovated in a part of a long-fronted farmhouse, where the cow barn and hay loft once was. The living area has on the ground floor an entrance, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

The recently renovated "Guesthouse De Hucht " is a great place to really relax....with a large veranda and spacious views of the garden. To relax, there is also a private wellness. Due to its location a lot of privacy. You can also bake your own pizza in the stone oven!! "Guesthouse De Hucht" itself is 87m2 and equipped with all the necessary luxury. There is a living-dining area with TV and full kitchen. Furthermore, 3 cozy bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a toilet.

Entrance with toilet, living room with kitchen equipped with oven, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, stove, extractor hood and dining table. At the garden side cozy sitting area with patio doors. Garden is equipped with gazebo with seating area. The house includes TV and Wi-Fi throughout the home. Furthermore, Dutch law applies, so the use of drugs is not allowed, the house is NON SMOKING!

Bistro and cafeteria ‘D 'n Duuk’ are open. XL playground open until October(!) Small playground on park always accessible. Hygiene is paramount. Leisure house in modern building style with beautiful views of the harbour, fully equipped. Playground*, beach, marina and restaurant* present in beautiful quiet surroundings on the water. *PLEASE NOTE!!! -SPLETUIN CLOSES IN WINTER PERIOD (end of October to April) -Restaurant ‘D 'n Duuk’ not open daily from autumn period.

Enjoy the wonderful view on the river Maas. Make use of the boat ramp for wonderful boating or fishing with your own boat. This chalet has every comfort. Bathroom with spacious shower, kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher and oven. Eethen, rural apartment

The apartment is on the second floor above the studio. There is a double bed. In the spacious bedroom a full extra bed can be added for a third guest upon request. You'll pay €25.00 extra per night for that. You will have access to a bedroom and a private bathroom. Next there is a kitchen-living room with a complete kitchen. You can reach the apartment via its own entrance with stairs.

Unique town home in historical fortress

Unique townhouse in the fortress, part of the Dutch Waterline and Unesco heritage. Close to Loevestein Castle, Gorinchem, and Fort Vuren. Originally built in 1778 as a fortified farmhouse and completely rebuilt as a mayor's house around 1980. Open plan living room with mezzanine and fireplace. Washing machine and freezer available in the house.
