Also the indoor swimming pool and the school center with the Priv. College is only a few steps away. The apartment has a living/sleeping room, with a box spring bed (160 x 200) and direct access to the terrace, walk-in shower, fully equipped. Kitchen with small dining area. Excursion destinations: Dümmer (about 11 km by bike) Dammer & Stemweder Berge

Apartment in Damme

The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

It has a beautiful, bright bathroom with a bathtub, vanity and toilet. Just one street away is the natural swimming pool with indoor pool. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

On 40 m² you will find a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a comfortable double bed, a modern bathroom and other furniture that will make your stay comfortable. A spacious roof terrace with comfortable seating invites you to linger. From there, the wonderful view of the idyllic, rural nature opens up.

In Wardenburg we offer a nice furnished guest room. TV, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave are available. A small bathroom and roof terrace are connected to the room. A kitchen is not provided. Wi-Fi is free. The room has a bed in the size 140 × 200 cm. The use of the room with two people is possible. Please contact me about this. The room is non-smoking.
