Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings, best suited for couples who can share the double bed. The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. We can be helpful with round-trip transportation Pilgrimsleden that goes not far away from the farm. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful view, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cabins with terrace and large lawns around. Close to bus and city center without losing your cabin feel. Quiet and private, with water and mountains to enjoy day or night. Both cabins have their own living room, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun loungers, trampoline, fire pit and private boat.

Great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything I needed. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. The location was great – with proximity to both the bus station and the grocery store. It takes about 35 minutes by bus to Trondheim city center. Highly recommended!

Mats' house is in a magical place by a beautiful lake, in the middle of the woods. It is very private and gives you the feeling of being part of nature. Great view, with a beautifully landscaped garden equipped with everything you need, fire pit, swing, boat, terrace, picnic table etc. The house itself is incredibly nice, it is modern and yet very Norwegian, high quality finish, wonderful beds, nice fireplace, thick towels and good bedding. Upon arrival, everything was well arranged. From the house you can immediately take beautiful forest walks where you can spot foxes, deer and squirrels, but also very easily walk to the tram that takes you directly to the center of Trondheim. Ideal location for visiting Trondheim. Really part of your travel experience. It is highly recommended. Or maybe I shouldn't say that so this gem remains undiscovered a little longer.
