Fantastic place with unique location and lovely view, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place for yourself, 2 nice cabins with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun loungers, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Renting out a cozy little cottage close to Granåsen and Bymarka. A perfect starting point for skiing and hiking in forests and fields. Or to retreat a bit after a city trip. The cabin consists of one room with hallway, kitchenette and living room. There is a loft that sleeps two people and a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two. Electricity and there is wood burning and access to firewood. Outdoor toilet. Simple standard. There is no running water, but water is available in water jugs. Cozy and intimate.

Modern and spacious cabin of about 140 sqm idyllically located close to the beach edge on Selbusjøen, just half an hours drive from Trondheim city center. Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Du kan sove under stjernene, nyte panoramautsikten utover Trondheimsfjorden, få med deg en magisk solnedgang eller se det fantastiske nordlyset hvis du er heldig. Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og bålpanne.
