Caterina has a lovely home that photos don’t do it justice. I found everything fabulous from the kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom, internet, hot water, and most of all comfortable. The backyard surpassed my expectations with birdsongs, landscaping, a cozy common area to relax and enjoy a meal outside. Convenient location which was walkable to stores restaurants and to the lake where there’s a park to explore.

The place looks even better than the pictures. It is very light and spacious, super well equipped, everything you might need is there- even the little kitchen gadgets you don’t expect to find in a short term rental . It is also only a few steps away from a beautiful black sand beach, close to the shops and restaurants. The host was also unusually nice, even left snacks, wine and fruits as a welcome gift . couldn’t be happier with my experience. ❤️

The house is located in a perfect spot, view right on the ocean. Huge garden with all the amenities to play with your kids, have fun and relax. The interior offers the right space for everyone. The kitchen is very well furnished, nothing has missed! washing machine and dryer helped our staying. Thank you very much! We definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely stay in Sao Miguel and our accommodations were no small part of our experience. We remarked to each other several times how glad we were that we did not stay in a resort. The charm of the experience lies in its authenticity, not in the mundane average experiences of hotels. The house was beautiful and the location was convenient to things we wanted to do. My hat’s off to Claudia for hosting such a perfect place.

This was an amazing place to stay. Incredible views and a great base to explore the west part of the island from. Just need to watch the hot water with the solar. We ran out over a couple of cloudy days. Will definitely be back. Carlos was responsive and helpful

We loved our stay at Randy's place in Mosteiros! It was a quick walk down the street to a beautiful beach with fabulous sunsets. We also enjoyed morning coffee at a small little shop right next to the house! It was the perfect spot to explore the west side of the island, just 20 minutes from Sete Cidades.
