Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Varna Municipality

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Great views, easy access, quiet area with lots of available parking, yet within walking distance of the beach and the city center. The host was very kind, very flexible and very thoughtful. As mentioned in other comments, the only minor issue with the apartment is the bathroom - not so much from a cleanliness perspective, but that it just needs to be redone completely as it is relatively old. Apart from that, our stay was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was cozy, the location perfect, and the pool always clean — ideal for relaxing. 😄 There were a few small issues, but the host responded quickly, took my feedback on board, and found a great solution for both sides. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and had all the facilities needed to feel right at home. The location is very convenient, just an 18-minute drive to our favorite beach in St. Constantin and Helena. It's also close to the city center, shopping centers, and any other amenities you might need. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the beautiful city of Varna and its surroundings.

really nice and cozy apartmen , is big and hace everything you need

The overall experience was good. Easy communication, about a 8 minute drive to the city center. little supermarkets within 4 to 5 minute walk. The building and apartment are exactly like shown on the pictures. Would definitely come back.

There were clear instructions on how to find the place and exactly how to get into the apartment. The apartment was clean. The host was friendly and responsive throughout. Everything was perfect. :)

It is great location. The place is place is clean and equipped well with all necessary facilities. The surprise was the stairs to the apartment but it is not a problem for young people

Eine super Wohnung mit einem tollen Tisch für viele Leute. Sie ist gemütlich und ruhig gelegen, die Nachbarn sind nett. Der Pool hat sogar einen Whirlpool. Man kann mit dem Mietwagen alles schnell erreichen. Ein gut gelungener Urlaub!

Prachtig verblijf, uitmuntende host en brandschoon huisje! Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Romantika. Het is een knus huisje dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. De inrichting is stijlvol en gezellig, en de faciliteiten waren ruim voldoende voor ons verblijf. De locatie is perfect, in een rustige en fijne buurt, ideaal voor ontspanning. Wat ons vooral opviel, was hoe ongelooflijk schoon het huisje was. We hebben nog nooit zo’n schone B&B gehad, alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Dit maakte ons verblijf extra aangenaam. Daarnaast willen we de host graag bedanken voor haar warme ontvangst en behulpzaamheid. Ze stond altijd klaar voor ons, reageerde snel op vragen en gaf ons uitstekende tips voor de omgeving. Haar gastvrijheid maakte dat we ons meteen thuis voelden. Kortom, Villa Romantika is absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een ontspannen en zorgeloos verblijf in de buurt van Varna. Wij komen zeker terug!

Villa très spacieuse et très propre. La piscine est un vrai plus. Des plages sont accessibles à pieds pour se rendre à varna il faut privilégier les taxis locaux. Thierry est très disponible en cas de besoin, il répond rapidement.

Wir - als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Töchtern - haben uns in der Villa Sophia sehr wohl gefühlt ! Die Kommunikation mit Sophia und ihrer Mutter lief wunderbar. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht und die Lage waren super. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders schön war die Laufnähe zum wunderschönen Pasha Dere Strand mit dem Forest Beach Lokal. Wir haben gut geschlafen und die Abgeschiedenheit und Privatsphäre haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir können es sehr empfehlen für Urlauber, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen und dennoch in Strand-und Stadtnähe sein wollen.

My only regret about giving this review is that I couldn't give 20 stars instead of 5. I'll get to the apartment in a minute but far more importantly I need to talk about the hosts. Brian and Demi were beyond believable! Brian drove me to my cousin's wedding at Blacksearama and Demi set me up with a ride to the airport after my ordered taxi cancelled at the last minute. The apartment was clean, well furnished, quiet, easy to get into, and with a beautiful view of the sea, and a less than 4 minute walk from all the best parts of the Balchik and still pales in comparison to the hosts!!! Brian and Demi are currently renovating her parents' cafe by hand and despite me being 8 time zones away I hope to be able to visit it and them again if I get the chance. This is easily the best AirBnB I've ever stayed in and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Only stay here if you plan on having an amazing time at an amazing price while you stay with amazing hosts 8D

Smells like Nikotin smoke a lot, otherwise very interesting decorated and tidy.

We were on a workcation (working during the day, sightseeing, and relaxing in the evening) and this was the perfect spot for it. The apartment has a fantastic relaxing sea view and a private location (top floor almost at the corner), so we could quietly work and evening take a plunge in the pool:)

Iulia’s place was nice and clean. We had everything we needed, and Iulia was easy to reach. The flat can get quite hot during the day due to the sun, but the air conditioning worked well. We would definitely visit again.

Alek's apartment was exactly my place! The host was very friendly, he made a lot of renewals inside and it has the best terrace with sea view - perfect for dinner outside, glass of wine or a book! 1000% if i have travel to Varna, i will book it again! Thank you a lot!
