Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

2 hours from Paris, my apartment of 2 rooms (45m²) is located in a beautiful residence of 2019, quiet and close to the sea (300m) and the thalassotherapy center (200m). It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be combined with a suitable system), a shower room, a separate toilet, a wooden terrace of 10m² and a garden of 50m² facing west, a private parking space within the residence.

Located on a dune, under the pine trees, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all food shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including linens and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
