The cabin is a destination all on its own. Fish from the pier or banks on the privately managed eight-acre lake. There is a john boat which is quite old, uses paddles, and is in fair shape (feel free to bring your canoe or john boat.). A paddleboat and paddleboard are available for guest use and swimming. Enjoy walking the property and visit the onsite hoop house and orchard for free seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have fun by the outside fire pit roasting marshmallows with friends and family!

The Groover House

Cute updated home less than 5 miles from Denny stadium. Plenty of parking, large private fenced back yard, deck and screened porch with a TV. The home overlooks the park at the Veterans Affairs campus that has a public walking/jogging track. The track winds through to the University of Alabama's Arboretum. Beautiful estate house that has it all! Conveniently located 2 miles from I20/59 (Exit 89). It has 6 bedrooms 4 1/2 baths, formal dining, family room, two huge rec rooms. One that is downstairs with roll up doors that opens to the pool featuring a huge bar area, commercial refrigerator, projector for those football/movies.
