The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. Great stay. The pictures are a bit older than the current state of the apartment; however, it was clean and equipped with the essentials :) Location is a bit outside the city so if you like the calm it is a good place.

Perfect place for a stay in Hanoi. We had 3 months and loved it. Most things are walkable, you have all you need close by if you are not in the mood for walking. For us, it was perfect. The apartment might not be brand new, but it is in perfect condition and is well-kept. We felt at home. We had read about the noise from the school across the street - and true, some days they like their loudspeaker a little too much, but it was usually only for a short time. It was nothing major for us. The apartment is a little strange. I guess it was designed by a very creative person, but it made it a little fun. We highly recommend this place and will certainly pick it if we return to Hanoi.

The accommodation is close to the center, very convenient for traveling to many surrounding attractions. The area is quiet, private and has lots of trees. The apartment owner is always supportive and responds to messages quickly.

Venue was easy to communicate with and got back to me when I needed questions answered in a timely manor. Comfortable flat for four iof us (two couples). Fun location down an alley way, good directions to the flat. I would stay again.

Apartment very nice, clean and had everything that you need. We felt very comfortable. The neighborhood offered lots of possibilities for cafes and restaurants, but with a lot less traffic compared to hanoi center. We had a good time and would come back again. Thanks !

A tender, thoughtful haven tucked just beyond Hanoi’s hum —this 1 bed sanctuary cradled me in peace. At a moments notice, welcomed my booking, arranged an easy check in, and extended a generous mid-stay courtesy without hesitation. From handwritten notes to a small welcome gift, the host’s presence was felt in soft details, though never meeting. The space is curated with care: natural light, strong WiFi, lush balcony greens, plants inside, crisp linens, a cloud like bed, and silence that can be felt. Every item seemed place with purpose —spices in the kitchen, to the filtered water; all making daily life seamless and sacred. A space not just for staying, but for restoring.

Great place! Very comfortable and exactly as described on Airbnb. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the price was very affordable. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay at Onsen Ecopark! Everything exceeded my expectations during my one-night visit. The apartment was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing excellent recommendations for local services that made my stay even more enjoyable. The location at Onsen Ecopark is fantastic, and I loved being able to experience the resort amenities. Communication was smooth throughout, and check-in/check-out was seamless. I had a wonderful stay at Betty’s Home Ecopark! The apartment was incredibly clean, well-organized, and had a stunning view that made every moment feel relaxing. Betty was a fantastic host – super responsive, thoughtful, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Our communication was smooth and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ecopark, and I’d love to come back next time!

Set amongst parkland and close to shops and restaurants. New buildings and amenities.

There is a lot that one can do around the Ecopark. It is about 20 mins from Old Quarter but a far better place to stay away from the busy tourist area. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mai Kenny is a great host and even arranged scooters for us. The pools in the ecopark are a great way to unwind at the end of a busy day. We did not get the time to use the mineral bath but Mai Kenny can arrange for its use at a discounted price. We found the place far better than staying at a Hotel. The view from the balcony is amazing overlooking a quaint and peaceful town. It is a place I would choose again if I am back in Hanoi.

I really relax and rest when staying at Mai Kenny's homestay, the apartment is wonderful with soft mattress, full kitchen for cooking, washing machine. Especially the Onsen hot mineral bath service is amazing, I was really surprised to experience like staying in a luxury hotel with luxury service, Mai supported to buy discounted tickets which is great, will introduce to friends and relatives!
