The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located right in Frenchville, not far from Fort Kent, Madawaska, St. Agatha and Long Lake. Direct access to snowmobile and Atv trails, located right at the back of the property. Plenty of parking on premises, with more room for snowmobile/Atv trailers if arranged ahead of time. A true four season destination location. Also located on the property is storage for snowmobiles and ATVs in The Sled Shed.

Reeds and Rushes Lakeside cottage sits on 5 acres on Long Lake in northern Maine in the quiet town of Saint Agatha. This quaint cottage is professionally renovated with exquisite detail. A public boat launch is a quarter mile down the road to conveniently launch your boat and bring it over to our private dock. In the winter, there is ample parking for your snowmobile trailer and access from the property to the lake trail. Unfortunately, this exceptionally clean abode does not allow pets.
