Situată în 2 Mai pe strada principală, cu acces direct către plajă, casa este renovată recent. Este compusa din doua dormitoare mari cu pat dublu, un dormitor mai mic pentru copii, două băi, chicinetă (plita cu inductie, prajitor de paine, vesela etc.), terasa si curte. Pereții sunt din piatră, ceea ce face ca temperatura să fie foarte placuta in orice moment al zilei. Acest corp de casă face parte dintr-o proprietate mai mare, cu încă două spații asemănătoare. Very good apartment for a family of three.I stayed a weekend. It was perfect!

We had an amazing time at Livia's place, even despite bed weather. Livia herself was incredibly friendly and very helpful, and the house is great - it's spacious and comfortable, well-equipped, nicely decorated, and has a lovely outdoor space with a patio and a swimming pool. We highly recommend it!

Everything was amazing! The place is minutes away from the beach and walking distance to everything you might need. I really loved how much life the green garden has. Event though it was hot outside we felt just like in a Oasis at this place! The host was super friendly and helpful with all of our needs. I'll definitely come back! I would have liked to use the pool, but unfortunately it was not filled. We knew that before booking, though. Thanks again for having me!

Our stay at Iancu's property was truly delightful! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made our days filled with sun and sand so convenient. Iancu and his son, Costin, were both great to deal with, always friendly and helpful. In short, they are gracious hosts, always available and incredibly flexible with our needs, making us feel right at home. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Everything we needed was provided, and we had an easy time navigating and enjoying the space. The access to beach umbrellas and chairs was the icing on the cake, making our beach days even more relaxing. We would happily stay at Iancu's property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beachside retreat, or a stay in Constanta, esp. for those with kids and pets! Thank you, Iancu, for a wonderful experience!

Clean, tidy and very spacious rooms, very comfortable mattresses, bathrooms in each room equipped with everything you need...sea 5 minutes walk with establishments and free beaches nearby. Lucia was very kind and very friendly, ready to meet our every request. We felt right at home! Thanks for everything...

This is the best room I get in Vama Veche until now. The building is brand new and is build with great materials. The bead is comfortable and the bathroom is sparkling clean and all the utilities are working as expected. Viviana is an excelent host. I recomand it totally!

Very friendly host , given us good recommendations about places to eat around town and about the beach . His place was very clean , and was exactly like he described in the pictures, location was close to the Techirghiol lake and to downtown. Our family enjoyed the place and we all had a great time .
