The cabin consists of hallway, bathroom, bedroom 1, living room, kitchen, bedroom 2. There are good conditions for sea fishing, ice climbing, and mountain tours and observation of the northern lights. Little light pollution. In winter there is a ski slope right by the cabin and many mountain peaks for randone that are within reach. Possibility to rent a boat for fishing from Senja Arctic Lodge or Senja Fjordhotell (must be booked separately).

Midnight sun in the summer, and a great chance to see the Northern Lights in the winter. Great location between Lofoten/Vesterålen, Harstad and Harstad/Narvik/Evenes airport. The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

Possibility of hiking equipment, backpack, thermos, seat pad, etc. The hot tub is ordered separately, NOK 1200/EUR 120. Booking at least 4 hours in advance. Lambing from mid-April to the first week of May - possibility to see the little lambs and the proud mothers.

It can hardly be described - it has to be experienced. You live on the outer side of the adventure island Senja. You can't get closer to nature - with a glass facade of almost 30 sqm you have the feeling of sitting outside while sitting inside. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.
