This a perfect place to stay while visiting Spello. The apartment is a short walk to the old historic city, pastry and coffee shops, restaurants, gift shops and grocery store. There is also a good winery about 2 miles from the apartment. The hosts are exceptional. As we arrived, we were greeted with a large bowl of fruit, sparkling wine, a container of cookies, and everything you need for cooking including coffee, milk and other staples. The apartment is very comfortable and roomy with two decks to enjoy the sun. Communication was also excellent. I got instant replies to my questions. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

La maison de Bianca se trouvait sur notre chemin de pèlerinage. Ce lieu a été parfait pour accueillir les voyageurs fatigués. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison! Bianca est très gentille et réactive. Je recommande sans hésiter

La settimana che abbiamo trascorso in Umbria è stata stupenda, posti magnifici e un’appartamento che, al rientro della giornata, ci faceva sentire a casa. Pulito, ordinato, fornito di tutto ciò che potesse servirci e ben riscaldato. La posizione è perfetta, vicino ai borghi più belli e a due passi dall’aeroporto. Claudio e Martina sono stati gentilissimi e presenti con discrezione, ci hanno coccolati e accontentati in ogni nostra esigenza. Due persone speciali! Consigliamo l’Uliveto a tutti, un nido confortevole anche per chi come noi dovesse viaggiare con un bambino piccolo.

la casa piccola e accogliente fornita di tutto. poi la possibilità del.parcheggio nel cancello è il massimo per perugia. c è anche un piccolo giardino con panchina e ombrellone che noi non abbiamo usato perché il tempo del soggiorno è stato molto breve . insomma tutto perfetto

Alberto è stato impeccabile ci siamo trovati benissimo per quel poco che ci siamo stati, la signora maura gentilissima non ci ha fatto mancare niente.. Panorama stupendo.

Siamo stati una settimana in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'alloggio dà sul lungo mare, la spiaggia libera è a due passi ma ci sono anche diversi bagni con sdraio e ombrelloni. Noi ci siamo stati a settembre e c'era sempre posto per parcheggiare gratis lungo la strada proprio davanti all'ingresso. L'appartamento era abbastanza spazioso e molto pulito. La cucina è fornita di tutto e ci è stato fornito anche il detersivo per utilizzare la lavatrice. Come benvenuto abbiamo anche trovato una bottiglia di vino bianco della zona, molto gradita. L'appartamento è a due passi dal centro con un sacco di locali dove mangiare e a 5 minuti in auto da un grande supermercato, comodissimo! Un grosso plus è il bar pasticceria proprio sotto casa, abbiamo fatto colazione sempre lì, anche con un piccolo sconto grazie a Milo! Milo è stato presente ma invadente e super disponibile! Insomma perfetto. Se torneremo in zona lo ricontatteremo di sicuro!

Ottimo Host reattivo e disponibile, abitazione perfetta come da descrizione e pulita, unica “pecca” forse un po’ scomodo per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse però pace e tranquillità assicurata. Comunque consigliato!

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung im Herz der Altstadt und ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in und um Spoleto. Gute Ausstattung, stimmig eingerichtet. Lediglich der Schallschutz dürfte einen Tick besser sein. Viele Restaurants, u.a. ein gutes, familiär geführtes im gleichen Haus. Manuela versorgt einen mit ausführlichen Informationen. Insbesondere den Tipp zum kostenfreien Parken sollte man nutzen. Wenn ich mir noch was wünschen dürfte, dann einen Lichtschalter für das Treppenhaus an der Wohnung. Fazit: unbedingt empfehlenswert

This was such a beautiful stay during my 3 weeks in Italy. I was truly taken with the mountains and beauty of the area. The home is very comfortable and peaceful. Luca and Vanna were helpful for me up on check in. I visited Marmore Fall, the lake and nearby villages. The walk down to the falls is downhill, but you can use the bus. Just check Google maps for the schedule and buy a ticket through the SOLGA app or on the bus with cash. I thought the local people were very friendly, despite me knowing no Italian. I didn't want to leave and really hope to come back to visit!

This was truly a gem of a place to stay in the heart of spello! Stefania picked us up from the train station and was flexible enough to come at the time we needed due to changes in train times. She even impressively packed her tiny little car with all of our luggage (we had a lot) including us and drove us right to the doorstep of the stay. The inside was beautiful and well kept, the beds & pillows were very comfy, beautiful views from the windows. She even provided a beautiful crib for our baby. She made herself very available to get a hold of if we needed anything. And she even met us at checkout to drive us back to the spello train station! I would pay more to stay here if I could. If I come back to spello, it’s not a question whether I’ll be coming to Stefania’s place again!

L'appartamento, situato in un palazzo storico e in pieno centro, è davvero ben curato e realizzato, arredamento di gusto e completo. C'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza problemi, gli spazi sono ampi e ogni stanza era perfettamente pulita. Non c'è l'ascensore per arrivare al secondo piano, ma quando si dimora in un palazzo storico, che deve preservare la sua integrità, è più che normale. Stefano è stato un host preciso, amichevole e proattivo, molto disponibile sia per check in che per informazioni e consigli utili per la zona.

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is even larger than we thought it would be. It was clean and with lot of little details, which make you feels home. Alessandra was also very helpful and communicative. I would book the flat anytime again

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden mein Mann und ich auf das herzlichste von Salvina und Giovanni begrüßt. Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben und die Terrasse ist einfach phänomenal! Zum Meer sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß und die Restaurantempfehlungen von Giovanni waren klasse. Hervorzuheben ist noch ein gekühlte Weißwein und kleine Pizzastücke, die im Kühlschrank auf uns warteten. Sogar an unseren kleinen Pudel wurde mit Leckerlies gedacht. Das ist ein Willkommen auf höchstem Niveau! Mille Grazie per tutto !

Christian and his family are the friendliest hosts ever!! We had an awesome time in our visit; the infinity pool is amazing and the views are incredible. We loved it here!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Il posto è esattamente come descritto se non meglio, lo stesso vale per gli host. La permanenza è stata piacevolissima. A 10 minuti d’auto da Gubbio, l’ageiturismo è un posto vivo ma molto tranquillo. Ottima cura degli interni ma anche di tutto l’esterno.

Un’oasi di pace e ospitalità: il Capolinea è un angolo di paradiso – anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe 🐾 ! Siamo stati accolti con calore da Monica, con la sua energia travolgente, e Renato, con il suo aplomb irresistibile. Due persone gentili, attente e autentiche, che sanno farti sentire subito a casa. Le nostre due Weimaraner si sono sentite subito a loro agio, accolte con affetto e libertà. Il Capolinea è immerso nel verde, perfetto per rallentare e riscoprire il piacere delle piccole cose. La piscina invita al relax, magari con un aperitivo al tramonto. A pochi minuti, una collina regala una vista spettacolare sul lago, da togliere il fiato. Ogni dettaglio è curato con amore, creando un’atmosfera calda e rigenerante. Stare al Capolinea è respirare l’energia di un sogno diventato realtà: Monica e Renato hanno creato un luogo autentico, dove godere della natura, del buon cibo e delle connessioni umane vere. Torneremo presto. Ci mancherete tantissimo 😘!

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Leonardo! Een pareltje in Toscane: prachtig uitzicht, rust, mooi ingericht huisje met zwembad en alles erop en eraan. Leonarde reageerde snel en stond ons tot laat op te wachten toen we heel lang in de file stonden. Wij komen zeker terug!

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

location molto carina... raggiungibile per quanto riguarda le località turistiche Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. consigliamo vivamente per chi voglia passare un weekend in assoluta tranquillità per non dire poi della piscina a completa disposizione. consiglio vivamente per chi voglia passare uno splendido weekend Grazie ancora prenderemo in considerazione nel caso in cui volessimo ritornarci.

Such a wonderful stay!! This place has everything you need, relaxing environment, great amenities, friendly hosts! I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back for a cooking class or yoga retreat!
