Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Valnerina

Only stayed one night, but everything was great. Walked up to town for dinner and great breakfast in the AM. Staff was kind and helpful! Will stay again if I’m in the area.

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Appena si varca l'ingresso della Residenza Bocci si rimane incantati dalla bellezza della location... Un luogo immerso nella natura dove potersi rilassare, ma che ha allo stesso tempo una posizione strategica per poter raggiungere con facilità Assisi, Spello, Rasiglia e le cascate delle Marmore(solo per citarne alcune!). La colazione di benvenuto è stata favolosa soprattutto per gli assaggi di torte realizzate dalla mamma di Leonardo(peccato non averla avuta tutti i giorni!) L'Appartamento al primo piano che affaccia sulla piscina ha uno stile rustico ma allo stesso tempo elegante. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare da Leonardo, host con esperienza, se vi trovate a Foligno in Umbria.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf Ascoli und braucht trotzdem nur 5 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und Elisabetta und ihre Mitarbeiterin haben sich zudem sehr liebevolle um unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter gekümmert. Alles in allem eine tolle und sehr kinderfreundliche Unterkunft.

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en que hemos estado. El edificio en un antiguo torreón medieval con jardín con vistas al lago, totalmente reformado y muy cómodo en el interior. La habitación bonita y muy limpia, todo perfecto y muy profesional. Lo mejor de todo, el trato de Mónica, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto, nos recogió en la estación, nos dio recomendaciones sobre el pueblo y a la salida nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro tren. Los desayunos fantásticos, se adaptó a mis necesidades de comida sin gluten. Muchas gracias por todo, si volvemos a la zona nos alojaremos aquí otra vez sin duda!

The surrounding environment was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The house is located right by the roadside, so it was very easy to find. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host’s parents — they were fairly friendly and talkative. They even taught us quite a bit of Italian! Despite the language barrier, we had a truly enjoyable conversation. The room was much better than in the photos — such a lovely surprise! Everything was spotless and full of character. We really hope to stay here again next time!

Raffaella welcomes you with a smile that warms the heart. You truly feel like you have found your Italian roots, even if you don't have any : ) This is a very special place, not only can you see it, the views are breathtaking everywhere you look, but you also feel something very sacred here. There is a quiet in listening to the birds sing. Quiet from the busy life you leave behind. Our apartment was spotless and very well organized with everything we needed. The windows from our top story framed the tip-top of the trees and the valley below, we felt like we were living in a tree house. My daughter and I had a very fun cooking lesson with Raffaella and her expert cook and are now expert gnocchi chefs, I'm quite serious. Not only do they provide itineraries for traveling the Umbrian region, they are also available for additional info should you need it. Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, we saw so much and we could have seen more. And...the views from the pool are spectacular, the grounds are truly more beautiful than the photos can display. I know Raffaella made our Umbrian stay very special to us but I must also say that Umbria took our breath away. There is so much beauty here. I want to return to see every season. Thank you Raffaella and your entire family! I know we will visit again : )

Posto tranquillo e silenzioso dove godere della pace dei territori. Ottima qualità-prezzo. Camere comode e con tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Meravigliosa la piscina dove fare un tuffo o rilassarsi. Giovanna ed Emilia, due padrone di casa attente e gentili, disponibili nel farvi sentire a casa. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo, da Assisi a Santa Maria degli Angeli, da Perugia a Gubbio. Posto in cui probabilmente torneremo

I loved my stay with Paola in their BnB. The room was huge, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very filling with delicious food. The hospitality show by Paola and her husband was excellent, and I felt very well looked after and safe as a solo female traveller. The BnB is located a very short walking distance from the main centre of the historic part of Spello, and there were a number of great restaurants and lots of excellent shopping with small boutiques with local makers. I’m very grateful for my stay!

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la colazione abbondante con prodotti dell'agriturismo. Posizione molto tranquilla in mezzo alla campagna. Ci siamo fermati 5 notti e ci e servita come base per visitare la valle umbra. Ottima soluzione per la nostra famiglia composta da 3 adulti, avevamo una camera con 2 ambienti comuncanti e 2 bagni.

Appena entrata nella casa di Bruno mi sono trovata davanti a una casa splendida. Ha riscontrato i miei gusti in ogni particolare , fino nei dettagli. Bruno è una persona super disponibile e interessante anche da conoscere. Peccato che la mia è stata una toccata e fuga ma dovendo tornare spesso a Perugia, è probabile che tornerei ancora da lui. Ha pure una terrazza privata splendida! Mi ha permesso di rilassarmi anche durante questo grande caldo estivo. Cosa non da poco. Grazie ancora .

Ideal for Bikepackers like me. It's no surprise that there was another Bikepacker the same night. The place is surrounded (lost among?) by fields, and around 8km away from the lake. Of course being closer to the lake would be even nicer, but for that price, the location alone is already worth it. The 8km are doable quite easily with the bike (not too much traffic, and the slope brings you back easily after dinner!). It is a dog (and dog lovers) heaven. A very large and beautiful garden and a lot of very nice dogs. Breakfast was a huge table with plenty of choice, with everyone, it was very convivial. But I guess people could also chose to isolate and enjoy the different tables in and around the house. Didn't even try the jacuzzi and pool, my only regret is not having stayed longer! thanks Melanie!

Location molto tranquilla, con galline che razzolavano nel prato circostante la casa. anche la nostra canetta ha gradito la presenza dei pennuti. Stanza comoda, bagno grandissimo, casa a disposizione in tutti i sensi, host molto accogliente e gradevole. Piccolo particolare piacevole: un libro di F. Kafka, molto vecchio, trovato ad accoglierci nella stanza. Non è un particolare da poco. Soggiorno molto piacevole e, se possibile, da rifare.

couple très accueillant logement dans le centre-ville avec parking juste à côté. pour le petit-déjeuner on ne peut pas faire mieux je me suis cru ou prise pour la reine d'Angleterre avec cette belle vaisselle tout était bien présenté et très bon. logement très très propre et la chambre très spacieuse on vous remercie nous sommes très contents du séjour passez chez vous.

Tutto super, casa pulita, curata e con tutto il necessario. Colazione ricca, era presente qualsiasi cosa. Il proprietario è molto cordiale. Bisognerebbe migliorare se possibile la connessione ad internet

Nous avons passé 2 semaine excellente a Riano. Roberto a été a l’écoute de nos demandes et extrêmement réactif. La villa est parfaite, la piscine est encore plus grande que sur les photos, tres bien situé mais le déplacement en voiture est recommandé ! Des magasins sont à proximité pour faire les courses, des meme que certains petits restaurants. En espérant revenir au plus vite des que possible pour profiter du charme de l’Italie.

Il soggiorno da Karen e Marco è stato fantastico! Un'oasi di pace immersa nel verde. La casa e il giardino sono bellissimi, curati in ogni dettaglio. I proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! La camera è accogliente, adatta ad una coppia con un bambino piccolo. Speriamo di tornare in estate per poter sfruttare la bellissima piscina!

Ottimo posto, paese tranquillo ma facile da raggiungere! Casa pulitissima e con tutti i comfort necessari. Elisabetta e sua madre, gentilissime e molto disponibili! Esperienza positiva, se ne avrò occasione tornerò molto volentieri!

Localita' vicinissima alle grotte turistiche di Frasassi, non solo! I d'intorni sono splendidi. Anche se potevamo usare la cucina, non lo abbiamo fatto, perche' ci sono ristoranti buoni e a relativamente buon mercato. Colazione Italiana buona con uno yogurt autoprodotto buonissimo. Silenzio e letti comodi, abbiamo dormito benissimo.

Siamo stato per capodanno da ivo e Claudia. Che dire… persone gentili e disponibili. Casa perfetta, noi siamo andati in 4 famiglie con bambino in totale 15 persone. L’ambiente era adatto per 19 persone quindi siamo stati molto larghi. Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo ci torneremo sicuramente

I had a lovely stay with Paola. Her house is beautiful and the scenery around is stunning. She cooked us a delicious dinner and talked about life - she gave me good advice and her English is definitely better than she says it is! She was very kind and I appreciated the experience. The room was comfortable and clean. I was the only guest but I’m sure with more it would still be a very pleasant stay. Thank you again Paola, and if I ever find myself in Padula again I’ll be back again to visit.

Cara Maria, Grazie mille! We had a wonderful time. Maria is so very kind and her Tuscan home is a dream. If you’re looking for a place to wind down and relax - this is it. It’s also very well situated. Just a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino (excellent food) and Cortona (stunning views). We also took the train from Castiglion Fiorentino to Firenze and spent a whole day there. You do need a car though. Generally just a really good vacation that we can absolutely recommend. Leaving made us really sad. We look very much forward to visiting again.
