Close to Auvers sur Oise (Van Gogh), Isle-Adam (beach and marina), 30 min from Parc Astérix, 45 min from Paris by train (Line H) and 20 min from Pontoise. The apartment is located on the first floor of a new house, it consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, separate toilet, and a master suite with shower room and closets.

Here you will only be disturbed by birdsong and the sounds of nature. Change of scenery guaranteed!

You will be accommodated in a small 40 m2 meulière house, which is adjacent to our land. However, you will be in a completely enclosed and private environment, with its independent entrance on the street. The house has just been completely renovated and furnished. I hope you like it!... ; ) You can also access a private parking lot (2 parking spaces). The house has an outdoor garden, with small garden furniture. The place is quiet and green.

Relax in this quiet and stylish outbuilding. Ideally located halfway between downtown and the famous lush forest of Isle-Adam, you can enjoy the many experiences that Isle-Adam can offer you. Walks in the forest as well as the restaurants of the city on the banks of the Oise, Marina and even its historic beach with its restaurant... The city park, pearl of the Val d'Oise! There are many activities and tours in this charming city near Paris.

Ideally located on 5000 M2 of greenery, come and rest by the pond and contemplate the different species of birds that come to drink there. From the little kingfisher to the imposing snow geese, there is always something to admire. You can also discover the charm of this village that inspired the very famous Vincent VAN GOGH. Beautiful walks along the Oise are always so pleasant. Also enjoy the terrace in front of the pond and the barbecue.
