Peat bog surrounded by rich flora and fauna, Seda bog observation tower and nature trail for several kilometers. 5 min. away from Seda is the town of Strenči with a charming and romantic nature trail along the Gauja River. 20 min. away is the city of Valmiera, with a museum, Olympic center, swimming pool, trail in the trees and several nice cafes. 30 min. away Smiltene and 30 min. away the city of Valka.

The grocery store is 3 min walk, as well as there is a parking lot for parking near the house itself. The building also has a backyard and garden with a canopy and a fire pit that can be used to coordinate with hosts.
