This cozy apartment is fully accommodated and furnished as our family with two kids lives here in winter time. It has oak tree parquet, renovated widows, a small kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating. The sight from the windows features towers of the New Castle and the church of St. John. Apartment surrounded by two parks. The May Park (with the black swans and playground) is across the street. The Medieval castle is around the corner. Free car park is available in the yard, a nice extra.

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

A cosy, just renovated apartment now is available for comfortable stay! It is located 15 min walking from Cesis Castle on the 5th floor with the view over Cesis city. It is a family property furnished with everything for comfy stay and will be very attractive for cooking lovers. It also has got balcony- for having a morning coffee (in warm season). We are a creative couple always trying to advice you about all the activities in and around Cesis & Riga as well!

Beds can be placed separately or transformed as double-bed with double mattress. Because of the good heating system apartment is warm and inviting also for the chilly season. Yes, and the place is disabled people friendly too. And if You carry a pet-friend with You, enjoy Your stay, we love them all!

The apartment is close to the city center and the bus station. 100 meters away there is also a river Gauja and walking/cycling trails. There are also rocky Goat rapids and Feeling Park nearby, which are popular walking/relaxing spots. The grocery store is 3 min walk, as well as there is a parking lot for parking near the house itself. The building also has a backyard and garden with a canopy and a fire pit that can be used to coordinate with hosts.

A cozy living space features a spacious bed with neutral bedding, positioned against a light wall. A modern wardrobe is present along with a TV unit. Soft lighting is provided by hanging light fixtures. A small table with a plant adds a touch of greenery.

I booked the accommodation for a colleague as a business trip, Ivars immediately agreed that someone else would use it. He was totally accommodating and friendly, we were very satisfied with everything!

Oskars was a great host, always responsive. The place was beautiful and it had everything you needed - clean dishes, BBQ, sauna, jacuzzi, tools, etc, to have an amazing vacation. Would recommend this place to anyone. Out of 5 stars, I would give it 6 stars :)
