The Atico is its own building on the roof of a beautiful villa. Access via separate external stairs. Stylishly furnished. Ideal for 3 people, 4 people easily possible. The special thing about this accommodation is the private and personal seclusion, although you are in the middle of the Bario. It's like an eagle's nest with a wide panoramic view. In the sunshine (almost always), the large sun terrace expands the living room & breakfast and is happy to be relaxed under the open air. The entire Atico / penthouse is at guests' disposal, in addition the large terrace and the small laundry house with its own washing machine on the terrace. You are very undisturbed and have a lot of privacy. Since I am abroad myself (so not on site), it may be that the key is accommodated in the key safe to receive. A contact person is always on site if needed. Optionally, up to max. 4 bikes that are otherwise quite expensive in the rental at the bike shop. From approx. April 24, a house will be built on the neighboring property and, depending on the construction phase, there may be typical disturbances such as noise.

The bathroom has a walk-in rain showers. The apartment has its own access. The accommodation includes a private balcony and an outdoor area equipped with a bistro table and two chairs.

Casa Avocado is one of several small houses on our organic finca, which can also be booked privately, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 terraces, lots of natural stone and wood. Gigantic ocean view from the wooden terrace 5 min to the playa, promenade and supermarket. In addition, booking Casita is possible as a 2nd bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette for another 1-2 people. It is not always available, as separate private booking is also possible. It is included in your rate for 3 or more people.

Casita Aurelia is located in the historic village of La Calera, Valle Gran Rey. Enjoy extensive ocean views and a tranquil garden terrace with papaya and frangipani trees. Three beautiful beaches are within a 10-15 minute walk passing by banana and vegetable gardens. Shop at the local organic farm or eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the Valle. The house is a 5 minute walk up from public parking. It is well equipped for a wonderful stay. Not suitable for toddlers no wheelchair access.
