Ideal for nature and hiking lovers, to discover the exceptional Ricote valley with its lemon orchards. A gourmet restaurant, covered market, and shops are within walking distance of the house, as well as notable historical monuments and the famous Archena Spa. Free parking area 50 m from the house.

New addition of two air-conditioned rooms (living room and double room). It is a completely renovated floor, with a lot of tranquility and light. We have a double bed and two 90cm single beds. We have WiFi, Wii, TV, a full kitchen but no oven. Separate bathroom on the same floor and underfloor heating throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be common or independent to the liking of each guest. Balcony with beautiful views and backyard with barbecue.

Enjoy its beautiful garden, sun loungers, mini-golf and French pool table. The soccer, tennis and paddle tennis court can be rented by the hour at an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area, but no loud music or large crowds of people (maximum 15 people).

The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
