Charming house with spectacular views in a small mountain village on the Marina Alta. It includes 2 double bedrooms with king size bed (possibility of 2 single beds) and bathroom en suite, fully equipped kitchen, living room with wood burning stove, small living room with 2p sofa bed, 3rd bathroom, south facing terraces on 4 levels + garden with fruit trees with stunning views. Ideal place for lovers of nature, hiking, tranquility but also for remote working (fiber optic, printer)!

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

La Talaia is an ideal house for both families and groups of friends who want to spend a few days in the beautiful rural village of Bocairent. The house has a total of three floors inside and a fourth floor outside or "rooftop" with views of the Sierra de Mariola and much of the old town of this wonderful inland village. The Wall

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A fully renovated three-story townhouse, an old medieval tower in the walled enclosure of Cocentaina, located near the Palacio Condal and other important points of interest. Ideal for interesting hiking trails through the important natural parks as well as visiting the various villages in the area.
