An old Kundersteen quarry from bygone times, is 200m from our B&B. Voerendaal is the gate of the Limburg hills. The walks are magnificent. For cyclists, the routes are a Walhalla. The Amstel Gold Race and Limburgs Mooiste are one of the most well-known cycling rounds that come past our backyard.

Andrea was a super host very friendly and very helpful, The apartment was really good bigger than I expected, the kitchen had everything we needed and more,the living room was very comfortable, bedroom was relaxing and bed was mega comfortable, The couch bed was also very comfortable, 5 minuets walking distance to valkenburg centrum, train station was very close maybe 15 minutes walk, all in all a perfect place to stay I totally recommend it and Andrea was a super host

We had a wonderful time staying at this rustic tiny home. The house was beautiful, peaceful, and cozy, offering the perfect escape. We especially loved the sunsets and the breathtaking views, they were truly unforgettable. Although the walk to the city center is a bit of a distance (about 20 minutes), it was actually quite enjoyable. It offered a great opportunity to take in the surroundings and relax before heading into town. Simon was very helpful with responses and very friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. While there was a slight delay in getting a response, it wasn’t significant and didn’t impact our experience at all. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene retreat with beautiful views!

We had a perfect night in Louis' outbuilding. The house has been carefully renovated and tastefully furnished as well as very modern amenities. The pellet stove heats the room very quickly, it adds a nice atmosphere to the room. We slept very well in the huge KingSize bed, the mattress and bedding are high-end. Hotel-like amenities. And in addition, stunning views of the valleys and the Charneux cross from the living room or terrace. We recommend it.

What a wonderful stay!! The area is so beautiful. Mireille gave the perfect tip to walk through the nature reserve to the center of Valkenburg. We have done this several times and it is not boring. Mountain biking through the woods and the landscape of Valkenburg/Limburg is really breathtakingly beautiful! It was in one word: Fantastic!!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very large, very comfortable, and has a big bathroom and shower as well as a large, nice kitchen, and even a living room that was spacious. The location was difficult for me to find as the navigation system on our car did not inform us that you can’t drive a car right to the hotel/apartment. I was perhaps careless and did not read the details regarding parking. Perhaps it could be clearer for guests to see that it’s off site parking. My bad for not reading this sooner. Other than that, terrific place.
