The building also has a courtyard and a garden with a shed and a campfire place that can be used in coordination with the hosts.

Tõrva health track, pine forest and Tikste valley is right next to the flat. If you like to swim you can visit one of many lakes in Tõrva or Veemõnula water park. There is fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The apartment is suitable for 2-3 persons: 1 double size bed and 1 foulding sofa.

At present a family with four children has settled here and offers guests a separate apartment with a bedroom, small guestroom with kichenette and private bathroom on the first floor.
