Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

Very responsive and accomodating si ma'am Sushmitha. Malamig din ng place pag pasok which is a plus para saamin na taga Baguio na sanay sa lamig all throughout. Over all very nice place

Secure area with an outstanding view of Rizal park, Manila bay, and the city. Ice cold living room AC and a small bedroom AC made the place comfortably cool. Had an issue with the smart lock but our host Maria was super helpful, professional, and polite - and she diffused the problem. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended another day. Just note that if you order food service delivery- past 8pm - it gets dropped off in the P2 garage. We would stay here again.

My 4-night stay at this unit, nestled at the end of Magnolia Place, was truly excellent. Jesse proved to be a wonderful host, consistently responsive through chat whenever I had questions or concerns.

The location is fantastic and ideal for families. Due to the proximity of two grocery stores and the high level of safety, everything is convenient. The three days I spent with the family were worthwhile because the place is sterile, clean, and has highly user-friendly appliances. I will definitely make another reservation when I return to the Philippines, and I heartily suggest this accommodation. I had an amazing time. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The wifi is a bit slow at 10mbps but it worked out fine since I stayed alone. Not sure if it’s the same if there are a lot of people. The place is good for walking but not a lot of restaurants near the area. I had to go to SM north edsa to eat out. Nevertheless, I slept like a baby. This is a great place to relax, unwind and reflect about life. Highly recommended.

Friendly host, grounds keeper also friendly. assisted with water delivery and also my riding equipment i accidently left. i was carrying alot and he called right after my check out. i would stay again and is great for 2+ and patio is perfect for working and washing clothes.

Our stay at Shine’s flat was a great experience. The space was neat, compact, and well laid out, with a cozy lofted bed and all the essentials provided—including cooking basics, a rice cooker, and room-darkening curtains for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the clean bathroom with a bidet and the reliable AC and WiFi, which made it easy to relax or get things done. Everything was as described, and it felt like a comfortable home away from home. Best of all, the host was always quick to respond to my questions, which made the stay feel even smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

We only stayed 1 night bec we attended a concert at the Ph Arena. Robeley was flexible with our early check in request bec we overestimated the time travel and we had nowhere to go to. The place was so clean, Mary the caretaker was already there to greet us and show us around. Overall, great value for money. We had a restful, relaxing sleep and stay. Thank you!

Very cozy, clean and comfortable place. Check in and check out process was flawless. Very techy. The free parking space was a huge factor for us, very convenient. Also some condiments were available at the kitchen. Another plus points. The host was very responsive and made sure that our stay was okay. Kudos to Ms. Vern.
