La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Ground floor, City center house, 50 m2, 1 to 4 people

50 m2 single-story townhouse with private entrance. A large living room with open and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, induction stove, toaster, griddle), double sofa bed (140) or 2 extra beds (90 x 190), TV and living room area. 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) Bathroom, separate private toilet Private car park Outdoor area with garden furniture Sheets, duvets, pillows... are provided. Bring your own toiletries.

Very nice 13th century tower.

This accommodation has a lot of history since construction dates back the 13th century. After some work to bring it back to the new taste, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. On the ground floor you will find a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Newly renovated countryside home The house includes a large living room of 50 m2, one bedroom with a double bed, shower room and separate toilet. There's a click in the living room that can accommodate two extra people. The kitchen is equipped with oven, glass plate, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Sheets, towels and tea towels are optional if you want ( extra 10€/pers).

Small town house in peaceful village of Loir-et-Cher. Recreation center in the village with playground, swimming, fishing, petanque court. 1 hour from the Loire Valley castles, 20 minutes from Vendôme TGV station, 50 minutes from Le Mans, 10 minutes from St Calais. There is free public parking 50 m away. Parents: possibility of providing a baby bed, high chair and baby bath on request.

In the heart of nature, we offer you to rent one of Beaulieu's cottages at detail. A living room with kitchen, shower room, separate toilet as well as 2 bedrooms. first floor accommodation, served by an external staircase. Quiet equipped apartment with access to activities as well as the park and ponds. Great for workers on the go.

"Chez Mémé Caillou" Gîte 6 people

"Chez Mémé Caillou" is a recently renovated independent old house, with a warm interior, with a plot of 250 square meters to enjoy the terrace and sunbathing on sunny days. Located in Montmirail, "Small City of Character" in the Perche Sarthe, it is a stone's throw from the castle, on the village discovery trail.

Petite Chérie – Cozy village house

Enjoy an enchanting break in this peaceful and centrally-located place. Petite Chérie is a lovely cottage, located in the heart of the pretty medieval city of Mondoubleau. It will allow you to easily explore the region and its sights: Arville Templar Commandery, Montmirail Castle, Boursay Botanical House...
