The studio with the four-meter-high ceiling is located in the traditional and protected wine village of Provesende in the heart of the Douro Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is part of the large authentic house with walls one meter thick. It has its own entrance and a terrace in the garden. In the house are three studios with their own entrance and two rooms. The garden and swimming pool are for common use.

It has a unique geographical location for those who want to enjoy this beautiful and friendly city. O Cantinho do Colégio is a renewed place with minimalist features and some romantics details. It was designed to be exceptional, original, clean and comfortable. Located in the city centre of Lamego, close to the Cathedral (Catedral da Sé), you may enjoy the city and the Douro Valley with all the comfort. This building, full of history, was build in the XVIII century and worked as a private school intil 2013.
