The Villa has a large parking lot, as well as a barbecue area near the pool, and it is a house where the sun shines early in the morning. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and offers everything in terms of sheets and towels

There is also a larger terrace off the main lounge area, large enough for 4 guests to dine ‘alfresco’ in comfort.

Casa Treoda is a comfortable & private villa with its own pool & lovely ocean views. It has 1 x twin & 2 x double bedrooms on the ground floor, with 2 bathrooms & separate toilet. We have 2 camp beds which can be added to the double & twin room, but these are only suitable for children under 12. The lounge & dining room offer lots of space. Outside enjoy the pool & spacious deck to kick back & relax. The pool can be heated on request. This is an additional €200 a week.

The property is situated on a plot of over 3200m2 and also has its own tennis court! The house has a large swimming pool where you can relax on one of the sun beds and enjoy the Portuguese sun. The house also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days. The villa is located only 1,2km from the beach and the centre.
