Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

This former mill of the 18th century, fully restored with taste, is very well arranged for stays for families or stays with friends. On 220 m2 the house has a large living room with fireplace and beams, a separate kitchen with access to the garden, a small additional living room and 5 bedrooms. The garden is facing south and fully enclosed, the environment is very quiet. 25 min south of Caen, close to many tourist sites.
