Small cottage (classified 3 ***), isolated in the countryside, very cool with its 80 cm stone walls, equipped for 2, 4, or even 6 people in a small quiet village of Limousin. Single-story and adjoining our house, with a fenced garden. From October 1 to May 1, a flat rate of €15/night is required for electric heating, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in time is from 5 p.m. and check-out time is before 10 a.m. However, we remain flexible on these schedules. Animals allowed.

It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

Fishermen, hiking enthusiasts (hiking, horseback riding or motorized), many natural landscapes to discover. Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
