The enclosed courtyard overlooks the boat dock, the salon and the office have a splendid view of the Loire and the Ingrandes bridge. The house is located on the church square. The village has all the necessary shops. The Ingrandes train station leads directly to Angers and Nantes, and there is one bicycle available to travel around the village.

Quiet cottage with garden near Angers – 8 people

Our gîte, “Au soleil levant,” classified as a 4-star vacation rental, was completely renovated in 2024 and will delight you with the quality of its amenities. You will feel at home. The cottage has a ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). After opening our first cottage, “Aux 3 Ruisseaux,” in 2021, we opened this second cottage in 2025. The cottage sleeps 8.

The 248 Riverside is the former Café de la Rabotière, which was fully renovated by an architect and a decorator in 2020 and then expanded with the Belvédère in 2026. Ideally located 5 km from Ancenis, the apartment offers breathtaking views of the Loire. The accommodation is a through unit with two beautiful terraces.
