On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Cozy 140 m2 house completely renovated in 2020, nestled in a green setting within a group of 16th century buildings, whose main house was built by Marguerite Goëvrot, heiress of the lands of La Coudrelle by her Father, Jean Goëvrot, ordinary doctor of the King and Queen of Navarre. 5 minutes from the village of Bazoches for small purchases (bakery – grocery store) and 10 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche. you will be seduced by the tranquility of the place, very well preserved.

Single-storey percheron farmhouse: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove – wood provided, sofa bed for 2 people (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (bed for 2 people 160 x 200 cm – sheets provided) on the ground floor, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), toilet.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
