Magnificent view over the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. There is a lot of eagles, especially sea eagles, but also golden eagles. Follow us on insta on Birdbox Sotra If you want to rent a kayak, we recommend northernexposure.

A small apartment for those who need a place one night or two or even a whole week. No luxury, but If you go out the door you can take the morning bath in the sea. Catch your own dinner from the pier. The apartment consists of bathroom and living room. It is a double bed in the living room and you can fall asleep looking at the fjord and wake up watching the sunrise. Maybe you see salmon jumping in the surface of the fjord. The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.

A lovely, beautiful little house on a small peak. Beautiful views to both fjord, lake and mountains. Here you can enjoy the silence and the view undisturbed in a sheltered environment. This unique house was also on the TV series program "Time for Home" on TV2 in 2019. There they refurbished the kitchen and dining room. If the dates you want are not available, or if you want a longer stay, you can contact me by message when you book and I may be able to extend the availability.

Our stay at Sylvelin’s was incredible from the moment we arrived until the day we had to leave. The cabin is cozy and we so enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evenings. The farm is a joy and we loved seeing the baby lambs since it was spring. They invited us to watch the sheep be sheered and let our children play with all of the toy equipment outside. The cabin is about 35 minutes drive from Bergen and we were able to get there and other outdoor places easily. I can’t recommend this Airbnb more.

This place is 11 out of 10!! A place of dreams. The location and house are absolutely stunning and Mette and Kristian are beyond fabulous hosts always going above and beyond! Our favorite parts of the stay: kayaking in the morning sunlight around the little inlets, fishing from the dock, a sunset sauna or hot tub followed by a fjord cold plunge/swim, relaxing on the deck with a beer, sipping coffee while watching the birds and listening to the waves lap against the dock, cooking in the well stocked kitchen and more. We will be back!!!

A Perfect Stay in a Fantastic Location! We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Anne's Airbnb. The location is unbeatable—right next to the fish market, with e-scooters readily available all around. The flat itself is incredibly spacious, offering all the amenities we could possibly need. A particularly thoughtful touch was the friendly neighbor who went out of their way to assist us. The large, airy balcony was a highlight, providing stunning views of the harbor, with ships and ferries gliding past—truly mesmerizing! Transportation was a breeze, with easy access to taxis, buses, and train connections. The flat itself was huge and extremely comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved every moment and will undoubtedly be returning. Thank you, Anne, for a super awesome stay!

Great mountain cabin in Bergsdalen

Really a very beautiful chalet that is really in an extraordinary place, and it's sure that you have to calculate a good 45 minutes between the city of Voss and the chalet, but I tell you it's worth it. No one would show you this beautiful road, it's for those who love the mountains a lot. Very well-equipped with all amenities. I would highly recommend this place. We were hosted very well by the Host.

Comfortable and convenient place very close to the airport but with a nice rural feel and view of the Bergen Fjord. Stig seemed to be away for the weekend when we stayed but they wasn’t a problem. He’s doing some work on one side of the house and the path to the door is a bit rough and might be a problem for someone with mobility problems. Otherwise recommended.
