Nice studio apartment with 1 bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. No fee for washing, towels or sheets. Free parking. Great for a family of 4, or a group of friends. The tenant can use the barbecue, pergola and outdoor area around the house as they wish. Walking distance to Svolvær city center approx. 12 min, 2 min by car. Nice city life in amazing surroundings. The apartment works well as the base camp for the adventurous. Small cosy apartment in Svolvær.

You'll love my place because of the location, the vibe, proximity to beautiful nature, on land and on water. My place is good for small group of 4 or 3 couples, and for those traveling alone. My place is about 2 km outside the center of Svolvær. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes to walk from Svolvær city center to my place.
