Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The vacation home is located between Ganløse and Farum. It is a 30-minute drive to Copenhagen City Center, and in the immediate vicinity of North Zealand's many attractions. The vacation home is 160 m2 and equipped with a nice kitchen, bathroom/toilet TV, Wi-Fi (fibernet). Vennelygaard's holiday home is located in North Zealand's most beautiful nature by Bastrup Lake in the middle of Mølleåen Nature Park. The area is very hilly and suitable for nature experiences both walking and cycling. Around the vacation home, deer and other wildlife are often seen.

On the ground floor is a living room with a large lounge sofa, a modern kitchen with dining area and garden view, bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Bring your fishing rod and waders and catch a fish in Roskilde fjord. If you want to go to town and shop, it's 15 minutes to cozy Frederikssund.

Huset har 4 etager (+ hems) med to sove-værelser (hver med dobbeltseng) med tilhørende badeværelse. Desuden mulighed for 4 sovepladser på hems og i stue. Der er forhave og baghave: i alt en unik bolig som fantastisk basis for skøn oplevelse af København.
