The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

With a sauna, spa area (accessible via an external staircase), fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, gazebo and wood-burning stove, life & nature can be enjoyed to the fullest.

Uzunberki Kuckó and Wine House, Balaton Uplands

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Far from the paved road, the noise of the world, the white adobe house of Kereseszeg stands in the forest. We have preserved the old buildings: the residential house and the barn have been reborn as a modern, comfortable, refined guest house. Living room with a sofa bed, where + 1 person can fit comfortably. Reading corner, kitchen, dining table. Large double bedroom. Modern bathroom. Our guest house is located in Szattán, a small village in Őrség. The cottage has a sauna, a garden with a fireplace, and the village orchard is located directly below the house. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle. You'll find everything you need to cook and eat. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate is 400 HUF/person/night over 18 years. Sauna usage fee is 10000 HUF per heating.

At our location Almwiese there are 2 cabins about 5 minutes' walk from each other. Each of the two cabins nestles into its own cozy corner of the expansive meadow. Your gaze drifts over lush green fields, picturesque alpine pastures down to small villages. Surrounded by a forest, you may spot deer, squirrels, or wild hares during a walk. From time to time, Japanese cattle graze in a pasture belonging to the neighboring farm.
