Our 80 m2 house, located in a 700 m2 garden, has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, a balcony, a sunroom, a heated pool, 24-hour hot water, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a TV, an iron, an ironing board, a baby bed, a high chair, a hair dryer, a coffee machine, Wi-Fi, a barbecue and kitchen supplies. The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is done only when guests check in. Pool heating is not active between June 15 and September 30.
