This 2 bedroom/2 full bath home, is located next to our new Dollar General, and is conveniently located off Highway 83 near the Country Junction easy access to travel to Concan, Highway 55 if traveling to Chalk Bluff, 19 Mile, and many more River spots. Come and enjoy relaxation at its finest. Privacy Fence and a Cemented 2 car parking slab is a plus!

Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on private acreage with great views. Large patio & fenced back yard are great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing. Wildlife feeders. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (less than 10 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).
