Studio with free parking

This property is a 20-minute walk from Helsinki Railway Station. A private parking space is available to motorists free of charge. The accommodation price includes a private sauna and swimming shift on Saturdays from 7 pm to 8 pm. On other days, the pool area is available for shared swimming. You can swim in the housing association's swimming pool for morning swimming every weekday The sauna is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. The housing association's gym can be booked for private use.

Saunala (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, sauna)

For a unique stay at Villa Korholan, you can book a separate Saunala building with 2 bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom and an electric sauna. Your reservation includes access to the swimming pool and hot tub, playground, gym and beach sauna. Cooking is possible in the well-equipped summer kitchen and barbecue area. Terrace areas are at your disposal. Our premises accommodate one group at a time. So you can enjoy the place in peace. The hosts live in the main building and take care of your comfort.

You have a fully air-conditioned 250 m2 house with 2 separate bedrooms, both with a 180cm wide bed. An outdoor sauna with 160 cm loft. A 75" TV in the living room. Unwind in the hot tub after a workout in the home gym then relax in one of the two saunas (one electric inside and one wood-fired outside). Enjoy your stay at our Scandinavian design home, which is built on two floors with a room height of over 4m. You'll live in a private apartment connected to our detached house. There is access available for a sauna & swimming pool area within the main house (for an extra cost). The house is located in the middle of Helsinki in a peaceful neighborhood (Oulunkylä). Excellent accessibility to both the city center and the airport by public transportation or your own car. Free street-parking

Villa Vaapukka

Come & enjoy upscale cottage in lake district Finland with main and sauna house w/ 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and upper floor with 4 beds more, 2 saunas, upstairs game area and all necessary amenities + bathtub. Beach & terrace with amazing views to the south. Next to the main house, under the same roof, is a traditional wooden sauna annex with both indoor and outdoor cooling areas. There is also an outdoor fireplace with small "half-cottage" / laavu on the north side of the peninsula.

Only a 2-minute walk away is the nearest bus stop where buses will take you directly to downtown Helsinki (10 minute bus ride!). The studio is also close to the beach (10 minute walk), restaurants and dining (2 minute walk), as well as a grocery store. You will love it because of the newly done renovation as well as the ideal location. The real bonus is a fast internet connection.

Villa Metsälampi

Villa Metsälampi is very private with own yard and fenced surroundings. Log cabin and has bic terrace and well equipped grill and large swimming pool. During summertime we also have small cabin outside that can hold 2 extra persons. Cabin has sauna and shower with short distance to swimming pool. Swimming pool is closed until spring of 2026 Smoking allowed only on designated area outside.

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 8th until October 18th in 2026.
