Great little place away from the noise of the town but still within walking distance from Chepes beach and some good restaurants. Dean is a great host, very proactive and friendly. The place is as described in the listing, the internet works like a charm (which was important to us). Great thing about it - there are actually lots of hummingbirds that visit the place at all times during the day!

A really nice space, private and gated courtyard felt very safe as a solo travelling female. Nice location, around a 25min walk to UDC (partly uphill on the way back) but 100% walkable I did it nearly every day for 3 months. If walking at night would recommend keeping a torch, for both the road and the path to the apartment, on you as there are occasionally leaf cutting ants on the path minding their own business the lighting is okay but could be brighter. Really quiet location ( jungle party once a month can be loud) compared to other places on the island.

The apartment is small but comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The private dock is incredible, the view over the water and mountains on clear days is absolutely stunning. It’s also just steps away from beautiful Chepes Beach, which is a huge plus. I had a few issues during my stay, but Andrea, Janette, and Ana were very helpful and responsive. Having access to a washing machine is definitely a bonus. Just be aware that there are a lot of mosquitoes outside, especially in the walkway, so keeping the doors closed is important. Also, the apartment doesn’t get much natural light, so it can feel a bit dark inside. But overall, I had a great stay, thank you !

Camilla was an amazing host! She was very quick to respond when we needed anything. The location was perfect! Would recommend getting a bike/golf cart just out of ease. Super close to the beach as well.
